TASTING NOTE
Fruity green olives of medium intensity, it reminds us of apple, fruit porridge and tomato, nuts such as hazelnut and walnut. Sweet in the mouth, dry fruit aftertaste and olive leaf. Medium bitterness and pleasant pungency sensation in mouth and throat.

Breakfasts with traditional bread toast with oil and tomato, synthesis of the Mediterranean diet. Sweet breads: cinnamon, hazelnuts, walnuts. Classic Greek salad.
