The “Nano-Granja” (Nano Farm) Collection of Cortijo el Puerto is an internationally recognised gourmet series of five single-varietal EVOOs from Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Picudo, Cornicabra, Cacereña Organic & Biodynamic EVOO.These series allow us to compare every subtle nuance of the ten EVOO varieties.

The olives, in perfect condition and harvested in November, are transported in boxes, maintaining low temperatures throughout the process and quickly milled with cold extraction technique in our Organic Oil Mill. Because of the way extra-virgin olive oil is made (not treated with chemicals or altered by temperature), it retains more true olive taste, and has a lower level of oleic acid. Healthy and delicious.
