TASTING NOTE
Fruity green olives, with herbaceous notes and aromatic plants. Aroma: fresh grass and green fruit notes. In the mouth it is sweet, strong peppery kick, vegetable flavour. Medium bitterness and persistent pungency.
PAIRING
Breakfasts and snacks with traditional breads like muffins. It combines with citrus fruits, honey, nuts and dark chocolate. We love it raw, in vinaigrettes and emulsions, salads with green leaves, pineapple or mango. Optimum with soft mushrooms like Boletus Edulis. And for dessert … with cakes, pudding and ice cream.
